A VLCR would contribute to develop skills not ony for a real autonomy but also for academic purposes. Taking into account 90% of the families have Net access, a VLCR can used as "reinforcement program" for those students who need practive in one of the skills. Though VLCR will have drills and exercises for all four skills, the intention is to engage students to enjoy the language and increase motivation to learn it, then foster the autonomy to use the activities to enhance English performance.
